4-week program which includes 12 workouts; focusing on flexibility and core strength. Each week offers 3 workouts of a dynamic movement series focused on muscle lengthening and joint stability & mobility. Estimated time to complete workout is 30 min.
Erin Sheehan, CSCS, has been a fitness trainer with FHIT since 2014. Erin played hockey for the youth and high school teams in Willmar, MN where she graduated high school in 2010. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2014 with her B.S. in Exercise Science.
